“I am bringing no news of the margins; instead I bring a piece of horizon”

“Do you really believe that you are male or female, that we are homosexual or heterosexual, intersex or trans? Do these distinctions worry you? Do you trust them? [...] These are categories imposed by authority, not the territory of life.

How can we organise an entire system of visibility, representation, right of self-determination and political recognition if we follow such categories?

I am the multiplicity of the cosmos trapped in a binary political and epistemological system” - Paul B Preciado, An Apartment on Uranus.

This programme of shorts explores how space, both earthly and fantastical, material and digital, becomes a site of queer exploration. Bringing us into a river in India, a school classroom in England, an uncovered photographic archive in Poland, this screening collects a variety of LGBTQIA+ stories that are testament to the heterogeneity of the queer experience.
